Prices in euro for the rental of the appartment. Minimum 3 nights are charged.

Price can be negotiated for long stays starting from two weeks.

Inclusive in the price is a tidy apartment upon arrival and cleaning upon departure. 

However, if you require an extra cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged at €25/intervention, to be paid to the cleaning lady directly.

If you require a renewal of the bed sheets, this can be arranged as well at €10/room.

Booking inquiries should arrive us at least one week prior to your arrival.  We ask a 30% advance payment when booked more than one month before your arrival.  The balance is to be paid one week in advance.  We kindly ask you to pay by money transfer.  Upon receipt of the payment, we give you the code of the key lock which is a box containing two keys (patio door and front door of the house).  This box (there is only one) is located to the right of the front door.  Upon departure, you simply leave the two keys on the kitchen table and you close the front door.  The cleaning lady will collect the keys.  Thank you!

We kindly ask you to leave before 12 noon and to arrive not before 4pm.  If the apartment is not occupied the night before, you can arrive earlier.  If you wish to stay longer on the day you leave, we can see if this is possible.  Please ask us.
